There is no ‘assistant’ calling you, updating you, or telling you about market conditions, as experienced with other large real estate practices. She had total commitment to her portfolio and was absolutely tireless and resolute in achieving the best possible outcome for my property.

Jenny kept me up to date, presented several offers and after a multiple offer scenario, even had a back-up contract ready. Jenny dealt with my tenant professionally and with patience. They were naturally disappointed that their home base at Alexandra Headland was being sold, and hopes for long term occupancy were dashed. It was challenging at times, during COVID etc but Jenny stuck to her word, reiterated her original intentions and achieved exactly what she told me in terms of meeting our agreed price/valuation point. Jenny even attended the Building & Pest inspection, so she was abreast of any items that came up. She could clarify them on the spot with the buyer and the Building Inspector. This relieved any misunderstanding with the formal language in the Building & Pest Reports.
