The best thing about Jenny is her upfront honesty. She is very hard working, dedicated to supporting you through the process of selling your home. The work she did as project manager for me in getting the property ready, well, it is simply impossible to overstate my gratitude at her dedication at finding the best price for improvements and solution to all of the things that needed working on to get the best price for it. I know that this, as well as her work to find, contact and negotiate with potential buyers is the reason my property sold before the auction. In the end though, it is her gentle persistence that I will remember and appreciate the most – always friendly, always helpful but when the novice property owner didn’t respond, she always found a way to reach me and support me to work out what I wanted. I had been thinking about selling my property for over a year and that is where I stayed just thinking then I saw an Elders sign across the road from my place with an announcement “Sold in 3 days”. Luckily I was home when Jenny was across the road and I asked her for an opinion on my place. Then I looked into her performance on sales and was impressed. Jenny looked through my home and came back with her ideas. This was in August and it was decided to put it on the market for September. Very rushed for me because I had been away until the end of August but with Jenny’s vibrant personally and such positive thinking, photos were taken at twilight (I am so glad I went this way because it shows how lovely it is in the evening). My home was put on realestate.com.au on Friday evening with the first open house on Saturday 12.00 to 12.30. There were still people there at 1pm and I wondered why? Can you believe the reason was a contract above the asking price. All done and dusted in 18 hours. As someone with long experience in the real estate field, I can honestly say that Jenny has shown herself to be an outstanding estate agent during the course of my house purchase. She has negotiated extremely well on my behalf and knowing that I was under some pressure to obtain an early settlement date, was able to reduce the initial settlement period to 30 days. This has made my situation far easier and enabled me to get on with organising several other things outside of the house purchase. She has maintained constant communication with me on all aspects of the sale, ensuring that I was kept informed on any and all developments as they happened. Your decision has been made! Selling a property is a huge decision, then comes the next huge decision…..who will we get to sell! That was when we were lucky to have Jenny walk into our lives and our decision was made there and then.
